Key questions around biodegradable viscose cleaning cloths, custom specifications and B2B wholesale sourcing.
WonderCloth cleaning cloths use high plant-based fiber content formulations. Standard products typically contain 65%-90% viscose or regenerated plant-based fiber, while reinforcement fibers, stitching, edges or functional additives may vary by SKU. Biodegradability should therefore be evaluated according to the plant-based fiber portion and confirmed by the final material specification or test requirements.
No. Antibacterial treatment is an optional additive treatment that can be discussed by order requirements. It should be treated as a functional customization option, not as a default SKU property or public-health disinfection claim.
WonderCloth fabric is specified by single-side GSM. The actual single-side fabric range is typically 280-380 GSM. For common double-layer sewn cleaning cloths, the finished cloth weight should be understood as single-side GSM x 2, approximately 560-760 GSM before considering edge structure, stitching, packaging or project-specific tolerances.
As a direct manufacturer, we offer highly competitive MOQ arrangements. The exact MOQ depends on your customization specifications, typically starting at 1,000 pieces. Please contact our trade manager for further details.
Yes. WonderCloth provides direct OEM manufacturing for plant-based natural fiber cleaning cloths, including bamboo fiber (bamboo-derived viscose) and wood pulp regenerated cellulose. Our circular knitting facility supports custom single- or double-layer knitting, customizable GSM (280–380 GSM), custom dimensions, edge finishes, and optional antibacterial additives based on private-label procurement specifications.
Use product-specific specifications and evidence when evaluating a supplier.
Yes. WonderCloth publishes a redacted business license and selected sample-level reports. Each document has a defined scope, so buyers should match the report, SKU specification and purchase contract before placing an order.
Please provide intended use, material or composition target, finished dimensions, single- or double-layer construction, GSM, color, edge finishing, packaging, quantity and destination. MOQ, sample timing and production schedule are confirmed in writing for each project.
